Who I Am

I'm a change management practitioner and digital equity advocate based in Austin, Texas. I hold an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Psychology, and earned my Master's degree in I/O Psychology from Angelo State University. With over 10 years of experience at a Big 4 management consulting firm, I've developed deep expertise in driving organizational transformation in complex, large-scale institutions. Currently, I serve as a Change Management Practitioner at Apple, where I lead significant organizational initiatives.

My work spans three interconnected areas: corporate change leadership, civic technology and policy, and community advocacy for digital equity. I currently serve as Chair of the City of Austin Technology Commission. I'm committed to bridging technology gaps and building digital equity as a cornerstone of community development.
